MVP Product Definition

I’ve led over 100 Online Viewing Room development projects for renounded artists and institutions, including Hauser & Wirth. This cutting-edge platform allows collectors, art enthusiasts, and researchers to explore diverse artworks from the comfort of home and experience immersive virtual exhibitions that showcase curated exhibitions. With high-resolution images, editorial interstitials, and interactive features, my unique approach and vision to the Online Viewing Room aims to democratize the way we engage with art digitally, and provide artists with autonomy and voice in the way their work is viewed online.

The Ask

Amid the 2020s crypto boom, Coinbase aimed to define an inspiring and executable future state vision for an MVP of their blockchain financial literacy platform, ‘Learn', that delivered against three high-level objectives:

  • Reinforce Coinbase’s positioning as the best place for those beginning their crypto journey

  • Leverage ‘Learn’ content as a driver of growth for Coinbase, enabling better tracking and a more effective introduction to Coinbase’s content

  • Create more engaging, interactive, and gamified content experiences

My roles on this project included:

  • Go-to-market Campaign Strategy

  • Production Oversight (Photography & Videography)

Outcomes & legacy of my work:

  • Created template that has been used for 100+ online and in-person exhibitions

  • 100s of 5-7 figure artworks sold 

  • Sold one work of $15m purely from the Online Viewing Room experience in 2020

  • Multiple high-profile press pieces, including Forbes and the New York Times
